–Joshua Bias, Centerburg, tampering with evidence, third-degree felony 

–Frank Nagy, Butler, violating a protection order, fifth-degree felony 

–Andrew Richmer, Mount Vernon, aggravated menacing, fifth-degree felony; domestic violence, fourth-degree misdemeanor; resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor

–Brittany Cosner, Howard, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree misdemeanor; failure to signal, minor misdemeanor; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony 

–Trevor Hagans, counterfeiting, fourth-degree felony 

–Christopher Davis, Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony 

–Mindy Francisco, Mount Vernon, grand theft, fourth-degree felony 

–Robin Garretson, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree felony 

–Lori Richert, Mount Vernon, possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor 

–Jeremie Adams, Mount Vernon, failure to comply with order or signal of a police, third-degree felony; two counts of endangering children, both first-degree misdemeanors; speed limits, minor misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, first-degree misdemeanor 

–Joan Roesing, Sunbury, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

–William Kopriver, Columbus, possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony; possession of LSD, fifth-degree felony
