MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.

DEC. 21

— Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Centerburg on a possible suicidal male. Complainant called in stating that her live-in boyfriend was threatening suicide by cutting his wrists then left the residence on foot with a electrical extension cord to hang himself. Deputies were able to locate the male individual at the residence, then transported him to the Knox Community Hospital where a Behavioral Health Representative initiated a Pink Slip mandatory mental evaluation.

DEC. 22

— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Howard-Danville Road in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. After investigation, a male suspect was placed under arrest for domestic violence and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.

— Deputies were called to North Clayton Steet in Centerburg on a report of an authorized use of a motor vehicle. Upon investigation it was determined that the vehicle was involved in a one car crash.
