MOUNT VERNON — Knox Public Health and all Community Health Center locations will be closed Friday, Dec. 23, and Monday, Dec. 26.
Friday’s closure is in response to the forecasted winter weather and Monday’s closing is in observance of the Christmas holiday, which falls on Sunday. All locations will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
All locations of the Knox County Community Health Center are affected including: the main location at 1166 Upper Gilchrist Rd.; Moore Family Practice, 206 S. Mulberry St; the Walk-in Clinic, 207 W. High St.; and both the dental and medical clinics in Danville.
For calls to health center service during the holiday closure, call 740-399-8008 and choose the “After Hours Service” option. For public health emergencies during the holiday closure, call 740-397-3333 Option 1.
