Fred Thomas “Tom” Dvorak, 81 of Harrodsburg, KY, formerly of Mount Vernon, OH passed away at his residence on December 8, 2022. He was born on March 17, 1941, to Kenneth and Dorothy (Horesh) Dvorak in Cleveland, OH.
