CENTERBURG — A 19-year-old Centerburg man was shot and transported to a Columbus-area hospital early Saturday morning, according to Knox County Sheriff David Shaffer.
At approximately 1:20 a.m., the Knox County Sheriff’s dispatch center received a 9-1-1 call of a shooting on Hartford Ave., Shaffer stated in a press release.
An update on the victim’s condition is not yet available.
Shaffer said detectives are interviewing witnesses and the investigation is continuing.
