KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Sept. 27
- Deputies were connected via telephone to the complainant about a parking complaint. The complainant’s ex-girlfriend had abandoned a vehicle on his property and he could not get it towed without a report taken. Information was gathered and a report was taken.
- Deputies were dispatched to the Harcourt Motel in Mount Vernon for a theft. The victim said he had a guest stay the night before and when she started acting erratic he asked her to leave. The complainant said he contacted management and they ordered her to leave. The complainant said she left but refused to take off his sweatshirt. A report was taken. Body cam video was taken during this call.
- Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Gessling Rd. in reference to an elderly male who was found unresponsive. The male was DOA. A report was filed to document the incident.
- The victim advised she was assaulted by her boyfriend. Deputies were unable to locate the boyfriend and the victim refused a statement as well as charges. The report will be sent to the City Law Director’s Office for review.

- The complainant contacted the KCSO regarding a stolen bike.
