MARION — East Knox’s David Copperfield imitation was just good enough to mesmerize Seneca East for a 21-20 victory in Ohio high school football playoff action on Friday night.
The third-seeded Bulldogs broke in front in the fourth quarter with a 21-20 lead over the second-seeded Tigers and hung on for the win.
East Knox (12-0) plays Carey (7-5) for the Division VI, Region 22 championship next Friday night. The site of that game will be determined by the Ohio High School Athletics Association and revealed on Sunday afternoon. The Blue Devils advanced by beating Hillsdale 7-0 on Friday night.

Seneca East started on steady ground by forging a 6-0 first-quarter lead and expanding it to 12-0 at halftime, but the Bulldogs took control in the second half.
