Sept. 23
- Cody S. Muncie was traveling south on Columbus Rd. when he smelled the odor of fuel. Muncie turned off Columbus Rd. onto Delaware Ave. and pulled onto the side of the road. At that point the engine of the vehicle became engulfed in flames causing severe damage to the vehicle.
Sept. 24
- The victim reported witnessing the suspect on her property. The suspect has a protection order against him and the victim is named as the protected person in the court order. The suspect was charged with violation of the protection order and issued a summons.
