KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

- The complainant reported a male was outside a business on N. Sandusky St. creating a disturbance. She said he was wearing a white shirt and cussing and yelling. Upon arrival the deputy made contact with Matthew Reppart who appeared irritated about being approached by the deputy. He gave his Social Security number which was checked by Dispatch. He came back as having a warrant out of the Licking County Sheriff’s Office. Reppart was placed under arrest and transported to the Knox/Licking county line and handed over to a Licking County Sheriff’s Deputy.

- Caller reported Shannon Marie Russell who had an active warrant, was at a residence on Love Rd. Deputies responded, placed Russell under arrest and transported her to the Knox County Jail without incident.
