MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found six guilty after trials were held at Mount Vernon Municipal Court on January 2, 2019.
Kathryn Smith, 57 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced her to pay a $30 fine.
Matthew Skinner, 55 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced him to pay a $30 fine.
Roberta Black, 58 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The Court sentenced her to pay a $200 fine.
Eric Woodring, 35 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.
John Hartman, 43 of Springfield, was found guilty of Driving Under a License Forfeiture Suspension, a Brake Light Violation, and Possession of Marijuana. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine for the DUS charge, a $150 fine for the Possession charge, and suspended his operator’s license for 180 days.
Cloelisa Estridge, 33 of Columbus, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and making a Left Hand Turn at a Red Light. The Court sentenced her to pay a $150 fine for the DUS charge and a $25 fine for the traffic control violation.
