G. Richard “Dick” Tanner, 82, of Fredericktown passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 in Fredericktown. He was born on January 12, 1936 in Loudonville, to the late Ralph E. and Corrine M. (Heller) Tanner.
Dick honorably served his country in the Army and a member of the Knox County Joint Veterans Council. He was the owner/operator of M.E.T. Trucking in Fredericktown.
Dick is survived by his children, Nick Anthony “Tony” Tanner, Richard Matthew “Mick” (Lee) Tanner and Jill Beth (Tim) Carpenter; grandchildren, Adam, Robin, Nicole, Marc and Cobe; and his canine companion, Shooter.
