Steven Cowger, 63, of Weirton, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 at the Allegheny Medical Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He was born on March 23, 1955 in Webster Springs, West Virginia. Steve worked as a truck driver for over 35 years.
He is survived by his mother; Mildred (Cowger) Carr; a daughter, Becky (Junior) Davis, of Butler, Ohio; a son, Christopher Cowger, of Steubenville, Ohio; five grandchildren, Bryan (Chelsie) Davis, Terri Booth, Harley Davis, Chloee Cowger and Adelina Cowger; three brothers, Rob Carr, Ray Carr, Larry (Melissa) Carr; two sisters, Margie (Dan) Ochoa and Liz Carr.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is honored to serve the family of Steven Cowger.
