Georgia L. Meyer, 84, of Howard passed away on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 at the Knox Community Hospital.
She was born on June 13, 1934 in Canton, Missouri to the late Benjamin and Lillie Mae (Wilson) Klusmeier.
She attended the Gay Street United Methodist Church. Georgia loved traveling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Georgia is survived by her daughter Angela (Keith) Richards, of Howard; her grandchildren Benjamin (Jennifer) Richards, Rebecca (Carlos Gallego) Richards; her great grandchildren Ainsley Richards and Owen Richards; her daughter-in-law Tammie Meyer; and her sister Beni Oberg.
In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her husband Glen Meyer; son Alan Meyer; her brother Harold Klusmeier; and her sister Frances Adams.
In keeping with Georgia’s wishes, the family will observe a private service at a later date.
