KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

- Deputies were dispatched to a residence on W. Main St. in Centerburg on a possible drug overdose. The complainant called in advising there was an individual at this address who had overdosed. When deputies arrived they determined there was no overdose victim. They did make contact with an individual with outstanding warrants out of the Granville Police Department in Licking County. William A. Lemaster was placed under arrest for those warrants and transported to the Licking County line where he was released to the Granville Police department.
- Jonathon E. Hinger was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. He was handcuffed and transported to the Knox County Jail.
- An officer was dispatched to N. Hartford Ave, in Centerburg on a possible domestic issue. When the officer arrived he spoke with both parties and found the male to have an outstanding warrant. Both parties stated there was nothing physical, just yelling. The male, Ronald A. Clinger, III, was arrested for the outstanding warrant.
- The complainant wanted to file a police report concerning unknown person(s) kicking in his front door panel during the early morning hours of December 19, 2018. Photographs were taken of the damage and a statement taken.
- A deputy was dispatched to Mount Gilead Rd. in Fredericktown on a report of an injured deer. The complainant had called 9-1-1 advising the deer was injured and needed to be dispatched. The deputy arrived on the scene and dispatched the injured deer. The complainant was issued a deer slip to keep the carcass.
