Roxy L. Meeks, age 73, of Mount Vernon passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born on May 4, 1945 in Mount Vernon to the late Waldo and Marian (Booth) Meeks.
Roxy was a joy to be around, she brightened everyone’s day. She enjoyed puzzle games, NASCAR, and people. She was an avid Buckeyes fan and never missed a game. Most of all she loved being around her family and friends.
She is survived by her sister, Linda (Rick) Latham; nephews, Kelly (Tonya) Latham; Niece, Jenny Latham; great-niece, Ashley (Jordan) Moore; great-nephews, Brett and Keara Latham.
Along with her parents, Roxy is preceded in death by her nephew, Todd Latham; great-nephew, Dalton Latham.
