Charlotte L. Kromoff, 75, of Mount Vernon passed away on Thursday morning, December 13, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 8, 1943 in Mount Vernon to the late Garland W. and Hazel M. (Perry) Spurling.
Charlotte worked for over 30 years for the Mount Vernon Developmental Center. She enjoyed gardening, watching and feeding the birds, going to horse races and occasionally going to the casino, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Charlotte is survived by her sons, Mike and Tim Kromoff of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, Autumn, Sarah, Tim, Abigail, Candace and Christine; several great grandchildren; sister, Victoria (Steven) Lybarger of Mount Vernon; and a brother, Danny Spurling of Mount Vernon.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, John; a son, John; and an infant brother, Bobby.
