  • A deputy conducted a traffic stop on Lower Green Vally Rd. for a traffic violation. It was found that the vehicle’s operator, Randy Scott Talbott, was intoxicated. Talbott was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
  • Deputies were called to a Columbus Rd. Address on a report of a disturbance. The complainant, Denise Posey, was determined to have an active warrant. She was arrested without incident.
  • The complainant reported two trail cameras were taken from his property sometime in the last two months. Nothing follows.
  • Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious female and a suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway on Knox Lake Rd. When the deputies arrived at the scene, it was found the vehicle in question had been reported stolen from Mount Vernon on a prior date. The female was detaine3d while deputies continued their investigation. Meanwhile, a report of a suspicious male west of the Knox Lake Rd. area was called in. After saturating the area with law enforcement personnel, the male suspect, Damien Miracle gave up and was arrested. Miracle was transported to the Knox County Jail and is being held on an outstanding warrant and new charges. The suspicious female, Jamie Allen, was also arrested for probation violations and taken to the Knox County Jail.
