KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Oct. 15

  • Deputies located Ryan Brasseur who had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
  • An officer was dispatched to Highland Hills Circle in Howard for an active domestic violence incident. Ami Randall was charged with domestic violence.
  • The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was asked by the Holmes County Sheriff to assist in locating a vehicle involved in a shots fired incident. The suspect, Jesse Hammons, Jr. was located and a report written.

Oct. 16

  • An officer arrived at the incident location on Bishop Rd. in Centerburg and spoke with the complainant. She advised the deputy that unknown persons let the air out of her vehicle’s four tires and took gas from the gas tank. The vehicle in question was a black GMC Yukon. The complainant was advised a report would be written to document the incident.
  • The complainant came to the KCSO and reported her ex-husband had been continuously texting and calling her after she asked him to stop. Complainant also advised when she blocked his phone number he started showing up at her residence and place of employment. The complainant said she was afraid the suspect would do her harm if he continued this behavior. The suspect, Philip E. Elswick was arrested and charged with menacing by stalking.
