Lynde is buried in the Amity Cemetery, which sits on a hill overlooking the village of Amity. The cemetery can be found on the north side of Gilchrist Road.

Paul Lynde, born in Mount Vernon in 1926, became one of the most popular TV stars in America during the 1960s and 70s. He is buried in the Amity Cemetery in Pike Township. This image is a signed publicity photo in the collection of the Knox County History Museum in Mount Vernon.
