MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP — A Kentucky man was killed after a Friday morning single-vehicle crash on I-71 northbound near the 184 milepost in Ashland County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Anthony E. Campbell, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, was partially ejected from the vehicle and eventually succumbed to injuries from the crash, a press release stated.

Eleanor Campbell, 58, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier north on I-71 at around 5:55 a.m., the Patrol stated. Campbell drove off the left side of the roadway and lost control coming back across and off the right side of road overturning several times and coming to rest up against the right-of way fence.
