- The complainant advised the victim’s boat had the fuel line cut and the gas tank stolen.
April 7
- A deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding in the Village of Centerburg. The deputy made a probable cause search of the vehicle and found marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Citations were issued to the driver with a later court date.
April 8
- The complainant advised there was someone outside his residence who was hitting the exterior of his house with a broom. This morning he noticed dents in the passenger side front door of his vehicle.
- A deputy observed Nicholas Perry Mason sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot on Laymon Rd. slumped forward towards the steering wheel. When he went to check on Mason, he found him to be under the influence of alcohol. Mason was arrested for OVI.
- A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle speeding in the Village of Centerburg. The driver was found to be suspended as well as the passenger. After a probable cause search, marijuana was found. The driver received citations for traffic violations and marijuana obsession.
