MOUNT VERNON — Judge John Thatcher found 23 people guilty after arraignments and hearings were held at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on March 13, 2018.

Carley Ash, 25, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The court sentenced her to serve 30 days in jail.

Chad Bidlack, 39, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct while Intoxicated. The court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine and serve one day in jail.

Thoren Lindsey, 26, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle while Under the Influence and Violating Turn Signals. The court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year.

Esther Quebedo, 44, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Speeding. The court sentenced her to pay a $30 fine.

Gretchen Russell, 51, of Findlay, was found guilty of Speeding in a School Zone. The court sentenced her to pay a $100 fine.

Katherine Silvis, 54, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The court sentenced her to pay a $30 fine.

William Coss, 18, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Passing a Stopped School Bus. The court sentenced him to pay a $50 fine.

Boyce Blankenship, 40, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The court sentenced him to pay a $30 fine.

Jessie Hoadley, 25, of Centerburg, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The court sentenced her to pay a $200 fine.

Zachary King, 26, of Junction City, was found guilty of a Failure to Reinstate his License. The court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

Megan Carroll, 27, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The court sentenced her to pay a $250 fine.

Sean Wible, 28, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. The court sentenced him to serve 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation with the following condition: complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days.

Benjamin Harvey, 27, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle while Under the Influence and Petty Theft. For the OVI charge, the court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year. He was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended and was placed on two years of probation for the Theft charge.

Meghan Meadows, 25, of Camden, was found guilty of two counts of Driving under Suspension. The court sentenced her to serve 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended, and placed her on two years of probation with the following condition: complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days.

Bryant Satta, 30, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Obstructing Official Business. The court sentenced him to serve 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation.

Mindy Myers, 48, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Petty Theft. The court sentenced her to serve 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended, and placed her on two years of probation with the following condition: complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days.

Travis Campbell, 36, of Medina, was found guilty of Obstructing Official Business. The court sentenced him to pay a $250 fine.

Amanda Berry, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The court sentenced her to serve 30 days in jail, with 30 days suspended, and placed her on two years of probation with the following condition: complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days.

Justyn Harris, 29, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Petty Theft. The court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation.

Erica Brown, 25, of Mansfield, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. The court sentenced her to pay a $250 fine.

Daniel Huffman, 28, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct/Persisting in the Presence of Emergency Personnel. The court sentenced him to serve 30 days in jail, with 25 days suspended, and placed him on one year of probation.

Trace Burden, 21, of Newark, was found guilty of Domestic Violence, Assault, and Obstructing Official Business. He will be sentenced on April 17, 2018 following a pre-sentence investigation.

Stephen Deshong, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Complicity to Theft. He will be sentenced on April 17, 2018 following a pre-sentence investigation.
