- At 2:34 A.M. Units were dispatched to the area of D. Ohio Ave. and E. Gambier St. on a report of individuals using drugs in a van. The complainant also reported these people were looking into other vehicles. Units found one person to be in possession of a firearm and drugs. The firearm was a Mossburg 500 shotgun along with four 12 gauge shells. Units also found a zip-lock type bag containing a white crystal-like substance. Units also found a large Mossey Oak knife with white residue, a black “CR” scale with residue and a black “Proscale” scale with three measuring cups. Charges were filed.
- At 5:54 A.M. officers responded to Knox Community Hospital on a report of an individual causing a disturbance. The individual in question, Demetrius Caldwell, was arrested for a probation violation.

- Chad Bidlock, 39, R. High St. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct with persisting.

- Demetrius Caldwell, 32, W. High St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Aaron Vess, 18, Danvile, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
- Makayla Stevens,19, Mansfield, was cited for expired or unlawful license plates

Mar. 12
- Aaron Vess was traveling eastbound on Coshocton Ave and struck the back of Jamie M. Stewart who was also traveling eastbound on Coshocton Ave. but had stopped for traffic. Vess was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
