MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Grand Jury indicted 19 people on Monday.
For the second time in four months, a Knox County Grand Jury indicted Jeremy Dinsmore, 38, of Mount Vernon, for the illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. The latest charge, a third-degree felony, carries a maximum sentence of 36 months in prison if Dinsmore is found guilty. It also replaces the original second-degree felony, which was dismissed in favor of the lower charge, according to Knox County Prosecutor Chip McConville.
Dinsmore was charged with illegally assembling or possessing chemicals to manufacture drugs last year after law enforcement officers discovered a meth lab in Fredericktown. He was also indicted in January for safecracking and theft, fourth- and fifth-degree felonies, respectively.
The indictments are as follows:

- Deshawn Craine – two counts of trafficking in heroin (F5)
- Christopher Davis – importuning (F5), two counts of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F5), disseminating matter harmful to juveniles (M1)
- Jeremy Dinsmore – illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (F3)
- Robert Glaze – improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (F4), operating a vehicle under the influence (M1)
- Jesse Hammons, Jr. – receiving stolen property (F4), receiving stolen property (F5)
- Logan Hammons – receiving stolen property (F4), receiving stolen property (M1)
- Travis Hollar- aggravated possession of drugs (F5), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
- Clinton Horlacher – aggravated vehicular assault (F2), operating a vehicle under the influence (misdemeanor unclassified)
- Jason Hutton – aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3), aggravated trafficking in drugs (F4)
- Dean Looney, Jr. – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Damien Miracle – Having weapons while under disability (F3), assault (M1), inducing panic (M1)
- Daniel Newbauer – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), obstructing official business (M2)
- Robert Pipes III – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), having weapons under disability (F3)
- Joshua Senter – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Vaughn Stoutenburgh, Jr. – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Aaron Taylor – two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3)
- Jonathan Walker – possession of heroin (F5)
- Nicole Young – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
