MORGAN TOWNSHIP — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a residential burglary that occurred at approximately 12:42 p.m. on Clutter Road in Morgan Township. The intruder was confronted by the resident and fled in a vehicle that was described as an older maroon car with a temporary license plate. The vehicle was possibly a Lincoln. The male was described as wearing jeans, a dark shirt, and tan work boots. His hair looked partially gray. The driver of the vehicle appeared to be a female.
Knox County Dispatch issued a WENS alert with suspect information and law enforcement from Knox County, Licking County, and Utica checked the surrounding areas. Officers are continuing to follow up on information.
