KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

- Brian P. Jones and Dalton D. Phillis were traveling northbound on Pipesville Rd. Phillis rear-ended Jones when he attempted to avoid hitting a deer in the roadway. There were no injuries.
- An officer responded to a Banning Rd. residence in reference to a juvenile who had left the family residence sometime overnight without permission. The family had been unable to get the juvenile to respond to phone calls. The juvenile was entered into LEADS as a runaway.
- Steven A. Gibson was stopped at a traffic signal on Main St. in Centerburg. Adam M. Donadio struck the rear of Gibson causing damage to both vehicles. Donadio was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
