MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Grand Jury indicted 13 people last week. The docket was dominated by drug cases, including multiple trafficking and possession charges.
The indictments are as follows:
- Richard Ashcroft – aggravated possession of drugs (F3), breaking and entering (F5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (M4)
- Robert Balcom – domestic violence (F3), aggravated menacing (M1)
- Russell Copeland – two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (F4)
- Mykel Crim – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), falsification (M1), obstructing official business (M2)
- Sarah Gordon – aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3), trafficking in drugs (F3)
- Michael Greywolf – receiving stolen property (F4)
- Joseph Ickes – improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (F5), possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor), operating a vehicle under the influence (M1), operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (M1)
- Brittany Krupp – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Jason McClung – two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3)
- Jesse Sisson – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
- Stephani Stulka – theft of drugs (F4)
- David Vanderbrake – aggravated robbery (F1), theft (M1), aggravated menacing (M1)
- Randi Yacono – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (M4)
