MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Grand Jury indicted 18 people on Monday.
The indictments included three people being charged with second-degree felony robbery. A felony two carries a maximum sentence of eight years in prison if the individuals are found guilty.
The indictments are as follows:
- Raymond Atkins – two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (F3), two counts of carrying concealed weapons (M1)
- Erica Baumgartner – two counts of receiving stolen property (F5), two counts of forgery (F5), petty theft (M1)
- Douglas Boyd – robbery (F2)
- Ashton Cody – assault on a peace officer (F4), operating a vehicle under the influence (M1), aggravated trespassing (M1)
- Colton Davis – robbery (F2)
- Joseph Gouge – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Bradley Hinkle – receiving stolen property (F4)
- Jazzmika Lynch – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Karlie Miller – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Decoda Ness – robbery (F2)
- Timothy Orndorff – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), arson (M1)
- Jennifer Pauley – two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (F4)
- Kayla Price – theft (F5)
- Douglas Rine – two counts of forgery (F5), theft (F5)
- Kiknei Rush – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
- Paul Scott – permitting drug abuse (F5)
- Jesse Sisson – aggravated possession of drugs (F5), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
- Samuel Tomblin – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
