KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
- Jan. 29 – Officers arrested Tony W. Bennett at his residence on Columbus Rd. Bennett had a warrant out of Delaware County for failure to appear. He was transported to the county line and turned over to a deputy from Delaware County. A report was written to document the incident.
- Jan. 30 – Deputies arrested Kevin L. Curtis at his residence on Columbus Rd. Curtis was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear out of Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Curtis was handcuffed and transported to the Knox Country Jail without incident.
- Jan. 30 – Michael A. Smith, Jr. was arrested with the help of Morrow County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on an outstanding warrant out of Knox County Common Pleas Court. Smith was indicted for failure to provide notice of a change of address as is required because Smith had been convicted of a sexually oriented felony offense.
- Jan. 30 – A Complainant advised the KCSO that an unknown suspect had hacked her credit card information and began to change her passwords. She advised the suspect had transferred $6,300 from her credit card. She said she needed to file a report to document the hack.
