KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
- Jan. 8 – The suspect, Christopher Foss was located and arrested on a warrant issued out of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into custody without incident.
- Jan. 9 – Brian Gardner was arrested for a probation violation. He was taken into custody without incident.
- Jan. 9 – The complainant called and advised the KCSO that the suspect took her vehicle without her permission. The complainant said the suspect broke a door inside her residence and then left with the vehicle. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle and the suspect at the suspect’s residence in Killbuck. The vehicle was towed back to the complainant’s residence. The suspect was issued a summons in lieu of arrest citation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
