MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Grand Jury indicted eight people on Monday.
The biggest charges were brought against Joshua Boucher, 37, who was indicted on two counts of first-degree aggravated burglary, misdemeanor 1 assault, and misdemeanor 1 aggravated menacing. The first-degree felonies each carry a maximum penalty of 11 years in prison if Boucher is found guilty.
The indictments are as follows:
- Joshua Boucher – aggravated burglary (F1), aggravated burglary (F1), assault (M1), aggravated menacing (M1)
- Tammy Creech – forgery (F5), receiving stolen property (F5)
- Daniel Goudy – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
- Kendra Harris – trafficking in heroin (F5), trafficking in heroin (F5)
- Shawn Mathews – felonious assault (F2)
- Kayla Schaade – forgery (F5), theft (F5)
- Michael Smith, Jr. – Failure to provide change of address (F4)
- James Stone – aggravated possession of drugs (F5)
