- Unruly Juvenile. Issue referred to other agency.
- Barking dog complaint in the area of South Market Street.
Dec 19
- Traffic complaint of speeding on S. Cedar Street.
- Traffic complaint of speeding in school zone on S. Market Street.
- Traffic complaint of turning without signaling on S. Market Street.
- Prowler in the 100 block of E. Main Street.
- Citizen reported possible internet scam related to civil matter. Citizen encouraged to confer w/attorney for legal advice.
- Suspicious person in the North Street area.
- Burglary in the 100 block of Hillcrest Drive. Person of interest located and found to be in possession of stolen property. Person was brought to DPD for interview. Person requested to use restroom and while doing so walked away from DPD. Person was re-located and taken back to DPD. Upon further investigation being completed, case will be referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for possible criminal charges. The suspect later admitted to several burglaries and theft from vehicles.

- Traffic complaint of vehicle being driven with faulty equipment on E. Main Street.
- Traffic complaint of vehicle being driven with only one headlight on S. Cedar Street.
- Conducted K-9 search of vehicle for illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit for an outside agency at High and Mulberry Streets.
- Conducted K-9 search of vehicle for illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit for an outside agency on Wooster road.
- Assisted an outside agency on S. Market Street at Rambo Street.

- Gas drive off in the area of South Market Street.
