MOUNT VERNON — Judge John Thatcher found 16 guilty after hearings were held at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Dec. 11, 2017.
Anthony Morton, 32, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of criminal trespassing. The court sentenced him to serve 30 days in jail.
Andrew Spaulding, 34, of Danville, was found guilty of menacing. The court sentenced him to serve 30 days in jail with all 30 days suspended, a two-year probation term, complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, and attend anger management classes.
Milton Goad, 51, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of aggravated trespassing. The court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended and a two-year probation term.
Connell Frazee, 32, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of aggravated menacing and domestic violence. The court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail concurrently for these charges and a two-year probation term.
Logan Kimbrell, 22, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. The court sentenced him to serve 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended, a two-year probation term, and complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days.
Wendi Tarrh-Dickerson, 53, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failing to pay income tax. The court sentenced her to pay a $250 fine, serve 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, and a two-year probation term.
Austin Senter, 22, of Centerburg, was found guilty of criminal damaging. The court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine, serve 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, and a two-year probation term.
Austin Serio, 20, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident on private property. The court sentenced him to pay a $50 fine, serve 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, a two-year probation term, complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, and 30 days of community service.
Brian Murphy, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. The court sentenced him to serve 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, a two-year probation term, complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, and enroll in a random drug and alcohol screening program.
Lisa Rohal, 28, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of criminal trespassing. The court sentenced her to serve 30 days in jail with all 30 days suspended, a two-year probation term, complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, and attend and complete a mental health assessment.
Jeffrey Sherbahn, 61, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of criminal trespassing. The court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine, serve 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended, and a two-year probation term.
Demetrius Caldwell, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of petty theft. The court sentenced him to serve 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended and credit for time served and a two-year probation term.
Tyler Holmes was found guilty of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended, a two-year probation term, attend a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year.
George Weber, Jr., 65, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The court sentenced him to pay a $700 fine, serve 180 days in jail with 159 days suspended, a two-year probation term, and a 90 day vehicle immobilization.
Franklin Flood, 42, of Frazeysburg, was found guilty of driving under suspension. The court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.
Douglas Leibman, 55, of Howard, was found guilty of bigamy and falsification. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 30, 2018 after the Probation Department completes a pre-sentence investigation.
