MOUNT VERNON — Exciting things are happening as SPI continues to expand its operations. SPI moved to the refurbished and specially designed Wright Center location nine months ago. The organization is ready to increase its focus on programming capabilities to fully utilize the new space.
SPI is pleased to announce that Rachel Garcia will be moving into a newly created role as Director of Educational Programming to focus her energy developing programs for our new space. This new role will provide cultivation of informal science educational programming for all ages.
SPI will hire a part-time Executive Director to take on the responsibilities of marketing, development, and management. SPI seeks someone with a passion and vision for science and education to propel the organization to greater heights.
