Crash Report
- Dec. 1 – Jeffrey Ellis was backing southbound int he parking lot of a Columbus Rd. business when he struck Nichole L. Hinkens who was traveling northbound in the parking area. Hinkens had been trying to get around a broken down cement truck that was blocking Columbus Rd. Ellis then pulled his truck forward after the collision and, while attempting to back up and park the truck, struck a fire hydrant and a gas line marker causing damage to both.
- Dec. 4 – Paul I. Nordmoe allegedly backed into a light pole in a parking lot of a Beech Street business.No other information is available at this time.
Incident Report
- Dec. 1 – At 11:03 P.M. an officer was dispatched to S, Main St. on a traffic complaint. When the officer arrived at the scene he saw that someone had run over the Route 13 sign. The officer picked up the sign and leaned it against a utility pole so drivers could see it. He used crime scene tape to secure the sign to the pole. The officer then contacted dispatch to let them know they should contact the Mount Vernon Street Department to fix the sign.
- Dec. 2 – At 10:21 A.M. an officer responded to Knox Community Hospital on a found drug complaint. The items recovered from the scene included a white powder, crystal-like substance believed to be crystal-meth, a metal spoon with residue and an orange syringe cap. These were secured into an evidence locker to be destroyed. There is no known suspect. The investigation has been closed with no charges expected to be filed.
- Dec. 2 – A theft from a building on Public Square was reported. No other information is available.
- Dec. 3 – An employee at a business on Coshocton Ave. reported seeing a female conceal items in her bag. She was later observed paying for some merchandise selected. She was stopped after she had passed all points of sale. The merchandise was recovered and kept at the business. The suspect admitted to stealing the items and was issued a summons for petty theft.

- Nov. 28 – Frankie Perez, 19, Old Delaware Rd. was cited for driving under suspension and failure to control/weaving.
- Nov. 30 – Matthew Woodsy, 27, W. Sugar St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 1 – Quinton Blair, 42, Mansfield Ave. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 1 – Colton George, 20, Fairmont Ave. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation and charged with drug paraphernalia offenses.
- Dec. 1 – Dimetry Woodson, 24, Marysville, was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
- Dec. 1 – Kayla Schaade, 29, Columbus Rd. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
- Dec. 1 – Matthew Adams, 23, Marion St. was cited for fictitious plates and for expired or unlawful plates.
- Dec. 2 – Raymond Williams, 47, Coshocton Ave. was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
- Dec. 2 – Damian Miracle, 37, W. Vine St. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
- Dec. 2 – Jennifer Pauley, 36, N. Norton St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 2 – Bryant Satta, 29, Fredericktown, was arrest on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 2 – Brett Beauchamp, 28, Fredericktown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 3 – Taylor Kesman, 23, N. Mulberry St. was arrested and charged with theft.
- Dec. 3 – Kevin Curtis,32, Columbus Rd. was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
- Dec. 4 – Michael Atkins, 33, Wellborn, Fla. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
- Dec. 4 – Latashia Shellenbarger, 28, E. Pleasant St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Dec. 4 – Tiffany Fulton, 35, Clearview Dr. was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia offenses, possession of drug abuse instruments and also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
