MOUNT VERNON – The City of Mount Vernon is accepting applications for participation in a controlled goose hunt at Ariel-Foundation Park.
Hunting dates will be:
Tuesday, December 5th
Saturday, December 9th
Tuesday, December 12th
Friday, December 15th
Hunting hours will be from ½ hour before sunrise to 1:00pm.
Applications are available at the City of Mount Vernon Parks Department Office located at 307 Wooster Road, Mount Vernon. The deadline to submit applications is by 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017.
Eight hunters will be randomly drawn for each date.
