10/24/17 – An officer was dispatched to a Harcourt Road business on a welfare check. Aaron Isaac Wolfe called 9-1-1 in an apparent paranoid state and said he needed to have an officer meet with him. When the officer arrived at the business he found Wolfe to be under the influence of narcotics. Wolfe was arrested for probation violation.
