MOUNT VERNON – The Knox Community Hospital Center for Cancer Care encourages you to join us to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a free breast cancer education event on Monday, October 30 at 6:15 pm. This inspiring event will not only be interesting, but it will be educational as well.
The guest speaker for this year’s event is Becky Olson. Becky is a breast cancer survivor who has been featured in numerous publications and is often a keynote speaker for breast cancer events. Her goal in life is to change lives with her words, whether in person, on a stage, or through writing.
This event will be held at the Glenn A. Gallagher Centre. Registration will begin at 5:30 pm followed by the program at 6:15 pm. Refreshments will be served. We are celebrating 10+ years of breast health awareness and this annual occasion promises to be inspiring, educating, and interesting.
