MOUNT VERNON – Knox Community Hospital Department of Specialty Care–Podiatric Medicine & Surgery is pleased to announce the addition of Abigail Elliott, DMP, AACFAS to our staff. Board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Elliott
earned her medical degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, Texas.

Dr. Elliott’s area of expertise includes treatment of arthritis of the foot and ankle, bunions, hammertoes, heel pain/plantar fasciitis, tendonitis of the foot and ankle, gout, and nerve pain. She offers wound care, sports medicine and surgery as well as palliative care. Her goal is to provide her patients the best care and utilize the most advanced treatment options available for their condition.
