Richard Fawcett, 66, of Clinton was cited at 4:20 p.m. on Monday for running a stop-sign.
Accidents:
At 4:20 p.m. on Monday, Richard Fawcett, 66, of Clinton was traveling northbound on Eastern Star Road in his 2014 GMC truck and ran the stop-sign at New Gambier Road. He struck a westbound 2002 Ford Taurus driven by Andrew Wilson Paul Kempen, 18, of Mount Vernon. Both vehicles had minor damage. Fawcett was cited for the incident.
At 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Jared J Scarfpin, 19, of Yellow Springs was traveling northbound on Cougar Drive in her 2004 Chevy Blazer. Bryanna McGowan, 21, of Pataskala was heading northbound on Cougar Lane in his 2004 Ford Escape. Scarfpin crossed left of the center line and struck McGowan’s vehicle. Her vehicle was disabled.
Incidents:
At 6:55 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to a reported disturbance on the 100-block of Mansfield Avenue. A suspect was identified and arrested. A hypodermic needle and a metal spoon with residue and burn marks were collected as evidence.
At 9:15 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to a report of domestic violence at a residence on the 00-block of Third Avenue. A suspect was identified and arrested.
At 9:00 p.m. on Monday, an officer collected a hypodermic needle that a resident found in his garage on the 100-block of W. Pleasant Street. The resident stated that he and his landlord had just cleaned out the garage together on the previous day. The officer collected the needle for safe disposal.
