MOUNT VERNON – The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the film premiere, Uncommon Brilliance, which will be shown on Friday, August 5, 2016 at the Memorial Theatre. The film will begin at 6:00pm and tickets for general admission are available at the Chamber office, 400 South Gay Street, and First-Knox National Bank downtown main office.
The film is a tribute to businesses over the past century and explores the growth of Knox County. As part of the Chamber’s 100th anniversary, the Board of Trustees wanted to create an educational tribute to the many entrepreneurs that shaped the success of commerce and our community. A DVD of the film will be provided to local libraries, universities, and each school district.
