MOUNT VERNON – A documentary film made about a small local boy with big dreams has been recognized by the Hollywood International Indpendent Documentary Awards. “The JJ Project” was a joint effort by I-Conn Video Production, MTVarts, and many individuals to tell the story of JJ House as he directed a musical. JJ is a now 13 yearold with a brittle bone disese.
