EDINBURGH, TEXAS – Pedro Montalvo Jr., 43, of Mount Vernon was arrested last night in Hidalgo County, Texas and is currently being held in an adult detention center in Edinburg, Texas. He was arrested after a nationwide warrant was issued out of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas with a $25,000 bond.

He was found with the help of the US Marshall Service and arrested by Mission Police. He is expected to be extradited next week.
Montalvo has been indicted on 18 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor.
