MOUNT VERNON – The Knox County Prosecutor’s ofice has announced that Tawni E. Osterman, 32, of Mount Vernon was picked up Sunday by the Mount Vernon Police Department on a warrant for two counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine.
Osterman is the 10th defendant to be apprehended as a result of the sealed indictments filed on April 6th.
