February 19, 2015:
Welfare Check – DPD officer receive a BOLO on an elderly possibly driving through Danville to check the driver’s welfare. Officer located and stopped vehicle and checked the welfare. Driver checked out to be ok.
Phone Harassment – DPD officer responded to the 300 block of North Street on phone harassment.
February 20, 2015:
Fraud – DPD officer responded to the 10 block of Tilton Street on a unauthorized credit card use where suspect accumulated $6,700 in unauthorized charges against the victim’s credit card.
Theft -DPD officer responded to the 10 block of Tilton Street on theft of personal property.
Barking Dog -DPD officer responded to the 200 block of Plum Street on a barking dog complaint.
Traffic Complaint – DPD officer responded to the 200 block of East Walnut on traffic complaint of reckless driving.
Arrest/Charges – Jerry R. Looney age 34 of Danville was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and with possession of marijuana.
