Wind Chill Advisory in effect until noon Tuesday

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory in effect until noon Tuesday.  Wind chill values will range from 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

A Wind Chill Advisory is issued when wind will combine with cold air to create dangerously cold conditions for exposed skin. If you will be outdoors dress warmly making sure all exposed skin is covered.
