MOUNT VERNON – Jennifer Springer was ceremonially sworn in as Knox County Probate/Juvenile judge this morning at the Knox County Courthouse. Standing by were her two sons, 5-year-old Alexander, and 8-year-old Matthew Przeracki. Common Pleas Court Judge Otho Eyster administered the oath of office. Springer then swore in Jay Nixon as Magistrate and the rest of her staff.
