MOUNT VERNON – Star Home Health Services at the Ohio Eastern Star Home recently held a business after hours event coordinated by the Knox Chamber of Commerce. The event provided attendees the opportuity to network and find out what plans are in store for local business.
CEO/Administrator Michele Engelbach announced that the original brick Eastern Star Home buildings 1 & 2 on Gambier Road will be demolished and four new buildings,what Engelbach calls neighborhoods, will be built. The new buildings will provide private rooms, with a total of 62 beds, and a common area with a living room, dining room and kitchen for residents.
