Derek Weber, 33, of Howard was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Thursday for an outstanding warrant.
Brandy Ballengee, 23, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday for an outstanding warrant.
Shanna Moore, 29, of Mount Vernon was charged at 9:55 p.m. on Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Traffic Violations
Jerime Graham-Woods, 22, of Mount Vernon was cited at 1:30 a.m. on Thursday for driving under a suspended license.
Accidents
At 2:35 p.m. on Thursday, Sharlene Spicer, 61, of Howard attempted to pull her 2013 Chevy Traverse into a parking space in the Kroger parking lot. When she did so, she rear-ended a parked 2008 Acura belonging to Rachel Yoder.

At 12:20 p.m. on Thursday, an officer responded to a parking complaint at the Coshocton Avenue Subway.
At 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, an officer responded to a civil matter at a residence on the 200-block of Greenwood Avenue.
At 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, an officer collected some found property—a set of Ohio license plates—at the intersection of Linden Avenue and Hickory Street.
At 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, a victim reported that her 2001 Ford Focus had been vandalized on the 600-block of N. Mulberry Street. A suspect was identified.
At 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, an officer responded to a business alarm at the Verizon Wireless store on the 1500-block of Coshocton Avenue.
