MOUNT VERNON – Zachary L. Dunlap, 36, Mount Vernon, entered guilty pleas on Tuesday to charges of trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. Knox County Common Pleas Court Judge Otho Eyster ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set Dunlap’s sentencing hearing for August 1.
Prosecutor John Thatcher said Dunlap sold heroin to a confidential informant on February 6.Detective Craig Feeney, Knox County Sheriff’s Office, investigated the case.
